WHAT

We are all tasked with reminding the students (a few times) to get the materials in.

WHEN

Last day of class unless needed for the exam then on the day of their exam.

Grade 12 June 18th (GOOGLE FORMS DUE @ NOON)

Grades 9-11 June 23rd (GOOGLE FORMS DUE @ NOON)

WHERE 

Chromebooks & SEA laptops (GRADE 12): Main office

Textbooks to their classroom teacher

Library books: to the library (or main office if exams are in progress)

HOW

Please post the attached signs in your digital classroom AND read the information to all your classes. It should cut down on the number of FORMS you will need to fill out. Please Post

IF YOU TEACH GRADE TWELVES:

Device Return Window:

?? June 18 – June 27, 2025

?? Main Office – Two clearly labeled boxes will be available for students to drop off their Chromebook and power adapter.

?? Students may return devices earlier if they are no longer using them.

?? 1:1 Devices

• All Grade 12 1:1 devices will be collected, regardless of return status.

• Exception: Students enrolled in summer school may retain their devices.

If a student is returning in September, a new device can be requested through the Service Catalog at that time.

??‍?? SEA Devices

Leaving Grade 12 students with a SEA device must return it.Returning Grade 12 students with a SEA device do not need to return it.
