Chrome Book Repair & Information

Chrome book Repair Needed.

 

Please follow the steps below to get your device repaired or swapped:

1. Notify your teacher to have them submit a ticket

2. Once the ticket is submitted bring down to the drop box Infront of the main office fill out the form with your First, Last name and Student Number.  Put the sheet you filled out in-between the screen and keyboard and then put the device in the box.   (If there is any physical damage to the chrome book then the student must speak to a VP about it, as there maybe a charge that is incurred by the student.)

3. Your teacher will be notified once the device is ready for pick up. But also check by the office during lunch or before you leave for the day to see if it is ready for pick up. 

 

POWER ADAPTER:

If a power adapter is required (lost, Broken or Stolen) Then one can be purchased through school cash online  CLICK HERE
